Returns & Refunds
At Paws With Miles, we want you to be happy with your purchase.
Returns
We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, please contact us at [YOUR SUPPORT EMAIL] before sending any item back. We will provide you with return instructions and the appropriate return address.
Please do not return products directly to the manufacturer or supplier unless instructed by us.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your item is damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.
If your claim is approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional product cost to you.
Return Shipping
For returns due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or other customer preference, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
If the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, Paws With Miles will work with you to resolve the issue.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the order arrived damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise required by applicable law.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible.
We will do our best to accommodate your request, but once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to cancel or modify it.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, certain used pet products may not be eligible for return.
Gift cards and any items marked as final sale are also non-returnable, except where required by applicable law.
